All prints are currently printed on 60 lb polar matte paper with a 0.5'' white border.

Shipping

How long will it take to ship out my order?

Most orders ship out within 1-4 days after an order is placed! However, processing times might take longer if the volume of the order is higher.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders generally take a week or less to receive. International orders may vary by location. In most cases you should expect it in about 2 weeks.

I'm ordering something for a present. Can I get it by a certain date?

If you need your order by a certain date, please order early or choose a faster shipping method and leave a note at checkout with when you're like the order by. While I don't guarantee delivery dates, I will try my best to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Can you ship internationally? 

Yep! International packages are shipped with USPS and transferred to your local post once it arrives in your country. In the case your order is hit with duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, it is up to the buyer to pay those additional fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my item?

Currently I do not accept requests for refunds. 

I received the wrong item/my order came damaged. What should I do?

If I made any mistakes with your order or your item arrived damaged, please send me a message at hellotorieng@gmail.com. I'll do my best to fix any mistakes.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it or cancel it?

If you realize the mistake before your order is shipped out, no problem! Unfortunately I can't make any changes to orders or cancel them once they have been shipped.
